Walentas renamed it the Clocktower Constructing with the pièce de résistance being a three-ground penthouse spanning over 6,813 sq. ft (633 sq. m) and outlined by 4 14-ft glass clocks on each wall. The three bed room, 3.5 toilet penthouse gives 360-degree views, soaring 16-50 ft ceilings, a glass-enclosed personal elevator and a skyroof cabana and open deck.
