Situated in the stylish DUMBO (down underneath the Manhattan bridge overpass) neighbourhood of Brooklyn, New York is One Essential Road; a 126-unit loft conversion by David Walentas (creator of the DUMBO neighbourhood) in 1998. The previous cardboard field manufacturing unit was initially inbuilt 1915 and options a good looking clock tower.
Walentas renamed it the Clocktower Constructing with the pièce de résistance being a three-ground penthouse spanning over 6,813 sq. ft (633 sq. m) and outlined by 4 14-ft glass clocks on each wall. The three bed room, 3.5 toilet penthouse gives 360-degree views, soaring 16-50 ft ceilings, a glass-enclosed personal elevator and a skyroof cabana and open deck.
